"What a difficult choice."

Monty and Daisy at St Kilda Beach part one.

It was a quiet day with not much to do, so we jumped in the car and went to The Beach.
Poor Monty and Daisy had to wait while Mum and Dad had a coffee first.

"Dad, I'm bored.
"Me too Dad. I'm bored too."

Monty has a little nap. Daisy checks for crumbs.

Now Daisy is watching the sparrows, dying to chase them.

I finish my coffee, gather up the doggies, and off we go.

Hooray. The Beach. Let's go roll in stuff.

Snuggled up in bed with Dad.

Sometimes if Mum and Dad sleep in, we will trot up the stairs and see if we can jump into bed for a snooze and a scratch.
Dad's lazy, so Mum lifts us up and let's us snuggle in.

Good morning Daisy.
"Good morning Dad."

Good morning Monty.
"Hi Dad. It's cold out there. Can I snuggle up ?"

OK Monty. You have a sleep.

"Time for my nap."

The Police Helicopter part four.

This is the last episode about watching the Police Helicopter in The Park.
We went for another little stroll, then came racing back when we heard the engines start up.

Engines have started now. What a sound !

Lift off.

We are all holding our hats now.

Dust and grass blowing everywhere.

There it goes.

Zoom in...

Time to head back home for a snack and a nap.

The Police Helicopter part three.

We have been sitting in The Grandstand, watching the Police Helicopter down on the oval.
It's time to go and walk some more. Come on you two.

Come on Daisy. Hurry up.
"Coming Dad. Wait for me."

These two never go anywhere quickly. They have to check out everything.
"Sniff sniff."
"Sniff sniff."

There's the Police Helicopter again. Cool.

There goes Monty, racing down the stairs like a champion.

"Dad, will you carry me ? I'm scared !"

No way Daisy, you big lump. Get moving.
"But Dad, it's scary."

Daisy, down you go. Hurry up.
"But Dad......"

The Police Helicopter part one.

It was Easter and a lovely sunny day, so we went for a walk to The Edinburgh Gardens in Fitzroy.
As we arrived, we saw the Police Helicopter sitting on the oval. Cool.

I think it was there as part of a fund raising for the Royal Childrens Hospital.

Come on kiddies, let's race up into The Grandstand for a better view.

But Daisy isn't interested.
"I'm, going this way Dad."

"No, I'm going this way instead."

That's ok Daisy. You have a sniff around. I'm, going to sit down.

Monty and Daisy on St Patricks day

We took a walk to the park on St Patrick's Day, looking for leftover sausages.

Looks like Monty and Daisy have found something already.

"Come on Dad. This way."

"Over here Dad. I smell sausages."

Monty found a chop bone. Lucky Monty.
I had to buy them each a sausage.

We ran into this little angel.

Look at that face. Gorgeous.

Then it rained and everyone ran home. Us too.
See you later...

Special dedication to the Fitzroy Vet staff.

We would like to make a special dedication of thanks to the girls at Fitzroy Vet Hospital.
They have been very good to Monty and Daisy.

Here's Anu, who helped fix poor Monty's toes.
Thanks Anu. Monty's toe is all healed up.

This is Karen who repaired Monty's knee.
Thanks Karen. Monty can walk again.

This is lovely Caroline. Monty and Daisy like Caroline.
Caroline helped fix Monty's ear, and toe, and other ear, and lumps, and other toe ....

This is Simmone. Simmone had been an angel too. She feeds us treats.
Thanks for looking after us.

Monty and Daisy send a big "Thank You" to all the girls at Fitzroy Vet.

Here we are at St Kilda beach, continuing our adventures.
Daisy loves playing in the sand. Dig, dig, dig.

"Do you love me Dad ?"

Ick. Yes Daisy Mae. You are my little angel.

"Thanks Dad. I love you too."
"Thanks for bringing us to The Beach Dad. We like The Beach."

Now hold still and let me wipe the snot and sand off your dirty face.
"Thanks Dad."
