Monty out for a walk with his sore foot. Part 6

We are still going on the tale of Monty with his sore foot.
We are out for a walk in The Edinburgh Gardens in Fitzroy and are now up in The Grandstand.
Hello Daisy. Having fun ?
"Yes Dad. I like it up here. It's exciting."

"Come on Daisy. Over here."
"Coming Monty."

Then Monty goes half way down the stairs...

Then comes back up again...

Then goes off to check out something with Daisy.

Monty out for a walk with his sore foot. Part 5

This could be a long tale. We continue...
I am taking Monty for a walk after surgery on his foot.
He can't be feeling too bad, he had a brief run.
It can't be doing his stitches any good.

Slow down Monty. Take it easy.
"OK Dad. Sorry."

We reach The Grandstand and go up for a look.
No problem on the stairs. Good.

There's lot of interesting things to sniff up here.

Monty out for a walk with his sore foot. Part 2

Here is the next chapter about poor Monty's walk with his sore foot.
He's looking a bit sad here, but seems happy to keep walking.

Here we go, we've just reached the park.

Monty checks out the scene. Poor old thing.
He looks so sad with his shaved eye and bandaged foot.

Monty, come here, let me check your foot.
Hmmm, it looks OK and the bandage is still on. Good.

Well then, let's keep walking.

Monty out for a walk with his sore foot. Part 1

Here we go, here's the next big saga.
I found this big folder of pictures from when Monty had a grass seed in his foot.
Just a day or two after his surgery, we went out for a walk in the Edinburgh Gardens in Fitzroy.

I tried to make it a short walk, but Monty just kept on going.

There he is with a 'Drip Bag' over his bandage to keep his foot dry.
Alright Monty ?
"Doing OK thanks Dad."

Look at the poor thing. Bandaged foot and swollen eye.

He's such a brave boy.

Daisy ! Hold still !

Grrr.
Sometimes those two hounds just don't appreciate all the work I put into making them famous.
Daisy, look at the camera, you wretch. Hold still !!!!
No ! Don't shake about. Now you're all blurry.

"Huh ? Did you want me Dad ? Oooh, what's that ?!"

Daisy ! Look up here. I need pics for your website !
"Ok Dad. Huh ?! What was that ?!"

Daisy. Will you hold still ?! Monty, you are such a good boy.
"Oh, did you want me Dad ?! Here I am."

Grrrrrrr. Hold still. Forget it. I'm going for another coffee.
