Day seven with Winnie

Here we are at the park on day seven with Winnie, our new rescue mutt.
She's such a good girl and she loves attention.

"Hello Dad."

Lovely girl, come her and I'll scratch your belly.

Day four with Winnie.

Lucky girl to be rescued by us.
She's having a walk every morning with Laura and a walk every afternoon with me.

Roast chicken for dinner.
It's a good life.
Lucky, lucky girl.

Winnie with a full belly.

Our new girl Winnie has just had her dinner. Now she's resting near her dad.

She's such a happy girl.

Day three with Winnie.

Day three and Winnie is settling in nicely.

She enjoys long walks in the park... and a kiss on the nose.

Waiting for our roast chicken.

We're having roast chicken for dinner. They can smell it.... they know.

"Come on Dad, hurry up. We're hungry."

Not bad for a rescued dog, eh Winnie?! Roast chicken for supper.

"Lovely thanks, Dad."

Si

Winnie in the car.

We're out shopping for snacks and treats. I'll think we'll have roast chicken for dinner.

Will that be OK for dinner, you two?
"Yes please."

"Me too, Dad. I'll have some roast chook."
OK, settled then.

Winnie. End of day two.

Another big day for my new girl.
We've had a play with mum.
We've had a haircut from dad.
We've had a big walk in the park and some snacks and then dinner.

Time for sleep now.
