Freezing outside.

It's October in Melbourne and it should be warm, but it's a freezing day.
It doesn't matter, we go out for a walk anyway.

Hurry up Mr Darcy, it's time for a hot coffee.

This is what I like about our local park. Creative people filling a need.

"Do you want a sausage mate?"
Yes please.
And I'll try to save a little for the kiddies.

The kiddies sniff around to see if anyone has dropped a sausage, but no luck.

It's the middle of winter here but we finally have a sunny day, so it's time for a big walk.

It's raining. It's been raining all day but we still have to go out for a walk between the showers.

It's March now in Melbourne and the summer days are growing shorter and colder. Winter will be here soon.

It's Sunday today. We've cleaned the house and now it's time to relax in the park for a bit.

She's such a good girl and she loves attention.

She's having a walk every morning with Laura and a walk every afternoon with me.

First a swim, then walk the dogs.

Fitzroy pool is just across the road. After my early shifts I have a quick swim, then walk Mr Darcy, who is waiting impatiently for me.

"Come on Dad. Keep up. There's so much to sniff and so many trees to pee on. "

Yes Mr D. I'll do my best.

I smell possums.

"Dad! I can smell possums!"

Yes I know. They're everywhere in the park and you come to this tree every day. Use up some energy and bark at them for a bit.
