Bikkies at Cavallini.

Ahh, I like afternoon shifts.
We can all go for walkies up to Cavallini on Queens Parade.
Monty is watching the door to the cafe, knowing he will get a biscuit.
Cavallini proved little bikkies for the doggies.

One for Monty.

One for Daisy.

Only two biscuits left now.

Monty, one for you.

Monty licks up the crumbs.

Daisy, one for you.

Now a little piece of Dad's toast for Monty.

That's enough for you two. Let me eat in peace.
Bye for now.

The Dog Walker.

We were down at The Edinburgh Gardens in Fitzroy on one of our regular walks when all of a sudden we were surrounded by various small and dirty hounds.

It was the Dog Walker and her gang.
You can just see the backside of a very demanding corgi.
He came up to me and poked me with his nose for a pat.

There's Daisy on the right.

Many hounds... Monty right in the middle.
The little pug was a funny thing.

Then this one turned up.

Meet "Sugar".

Isn't she gorgeous ?!

So that's the Dog Walker. Bye for now.

I pull your whiskers !

When Monty has been bad or I want his attention, I will pull his whiskers.
Like this ....

Monty, I pull your whiskers ! Now come here... etc.
I never pull hard, or hurt my lovely boy.
I just grab his attention !
Lovely Monty.

Daisy with scarf.

Don't ask, OK. Just don't ask.
I was at work when I received this in a text message.

Poor Daisy, what has your Mum done to you.
Sigh, I guess it's all attention, and Daisy loves attention.

Out for breakfast.

I am on late shifts this week, so we go for long walks in the morning... usually to the nearest cafe.

Here we are sitting outside the Clockwork Cafe, waiting for our bacon.

Hello Daisy.
"Hello Dad."

"Do you love me Dad ?"
Yes Daisy.

Special Guest - Barney. One tough cat.

We where walking down McKean Street, when we ran into Barney.
Hello Barney.
"Hello. Lovely day."

"I see you have those pesky hounds with you. Hmmph."

Daisy has just noticed Barney.

Barney is not even vaguely worried. Barney is one tough cat.

Monty walks straight past.
He doesn't like Barney, since Barney shredded his ear a while back.

You OK there,, Barney ?
"Fine thanks. Now take those hounds away !"

Not worried about them, are you Barney ?
"As if."

"If you don't watch out, I will eat them for lunch. Now shoo !"

OK. See ya later Barney.

Racing home.

We were out for a walk, but lingered too long in the park.
Hurry up you two, I'm late for work. We have to run home.

Wait, let me put the leads on to cross Queens Parade, it's busy here.
Ok, let's run !

"OK Dad."
"No worries Dad. Let's race home."

Good kiddies.
